I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed meeting you
and your family! You have a lovely spot up there and a great farm -
we loved your milk and eggs, and the sausage was great!
Even I had one of them - and that after almost 20 years of being a
vegetarian! We didn't get a chance to come by again on Tuesday to
pick up more goodies but we will be back, now that we have a 'home
base' up there! So, thanks again, and we hope to see you soon!

Last night's dinner was a rack of ribs I bought from Olde Sow Farm. I told
Jessika I was going to get in trouble with Max for buying pork when our pork
was waiting to be picked up. Just as I anticipated, Max said, "I can't believe
you went to the Fair(Common Ground Country Fair, Unity, ME), and all you bought
was pork. We have boxes and boxes of pork we're supposed to pick up." I was
prepared, "I did it so we can COMPARE organic pork from Tamworths with mostly
organic from Yorkshires." He loved the ribs. We were all so impressed with these
ribs. All I did was bake them in the oven with some salt and pepper - that's it.
They were fantastic. As if that wasn't enough, this morning we had the chorizo
sausage with eggs. Holy Moly was that awesome! Thanks for a lovely dinner and
fantastic breakfast, Jessika!
